For more than 30 years, we have provided services to the lift and escalator industry throughout New Zealand. In 2019, MLCC was established to bring a more dynamic and personalised service to the vertical transportation across the nation’s built environment.

 From the initial concept and design, through to installation, compliance and safety of lifts and escalators, we have fast become a reliable ‘one stop shop’ for clients of every size and scope.

 Moving people safely throughout a building is a convenience taken for granted until something goes wrong (or the Building WOF is delayed). With a fresh approach that’s cost-effective and future-proofed, we are shouldering the stress and risk on behalf of Commercial Property Managers and Building Owners throughout New Zealand.

 We’re proud to look after the full life-cycle of lifts and escalators from smaller buildings through to major infrastructure facilities. From the birth of new equipment to its eventual replacement, we are committed to managing its repair, maintenance, compliance and performance.
